To my Ex,
While the ending was gut-wrenching, I can now look back with a heart overflowing with gratitude on what I learned from you and the whole process.
Can endings be positive and painful at the same time? Yes. I felt lost, confused, and I’ll admit - a bit angry all at the same time.
By choice, I will change my mindset to rise up, I GET to begin again - stronger, more confident, and with a greater passion for life than before.
Now, I claim my identity separate from you. I dig deep to find what my new dream is now - and I find peace, hope, joy, and a confidence I never knew existed. I can do THIS - not alone, but calling on a new tribe of support. I can ask for help. I HAVE to ask for help because the power comes from realizing I am not alone.
For that, I will be forever grateful. I wish you well on your journey. May you find your new beginning too.
Now, I am free. Free to fly, to soar, and to rise above - like a hot air balloon into the atmosphere.
Peacefully Releasing You and Finding…
Me
