When you have an idea and you are unsure where to begin, what do you do?
Nervous, afraid to fail, and overwhelmed? Yep. So, “Let’s start at the very beginning, a very good place to start.” This line comes from The Sound of Music with Julie Andrews. I am a huge fan of musicals. The song continues “When you read you begin with A-B-C, and when you sing you begin with Do-Re-Mi.”
Reading has been hard for me to sit still or comprehend, but listening to people who tell stories is more freeing and joyful. Listening to podcasts is easier with my on the go schedule: exercise, driving, or cleaning.
Why not start something positive at the very beginning? We all need some good news (a special gratitude shout out to John Krasinski for his YouTube spring special SGN) and joy. So, as I commit to a year of doing the work of hard and scary things, I might as well play some music to sing along - join me!
